Parsa: One person has been brought to Narayani Hospital in Birgunj for treatment after two people in Rautahat were found to be infected with corona.

Chief of the District Health Office, Rautahat, Mahesh Sah informed that corona infection has been confirmed in the men of Vrindavan Municipality-9, Bhusaha and Dewahi Gonahi Municipality-1. Both of them have been tested at the National Public Health Laboratory in Teku, Kathmandu.

A 25-year-old man from Bhusaha of Vrindavan Municipality had returned from Kolkata, India and stayed at the quarantine of Chandrapur for 14 days. He was sent home after the results of the Rapid Diagnostic Test (RDT) conducted by the provincial team from Janakpur were negative.

The search for the young man has begun after the corona infection was confirmed. Similarly, a 35-year-old man from Dewahi Gonahi 1 was admitted to the Narayani Hospital in Birgunj today. Uday Narayan Singh said.

A four-member team from Kathmandu had collected the swabs of 83 people, including seven women, from eight quarantines in Rautahat on April 27. The reports of two of them are positive. At present, 4 infected people are undergoing treatment at Narayani Hospital, Birgunj. Singh said.
