Corona infection confirmed 10 days after returning home from quarantine

Rautahat :  After the results of the corona test from the Janakpur provincial lab came back negative, the youths of Bhusaha who were in the quarantine of Chandrapur were sent home on April 20.

Both the rapid diagnostic test performed while he was in quarantine and the PCR test performed in the lab in Janakpur did not confirm the corona infection in him.

The 25-year-old, who returned home after 14 days in quarantine, had already spent 10 days in the family and community when the corona infection was confirmed by the National Public Health Laboratory in Kathmandu. As a result, the risk of infection has increased in Vrindavan and surrounding municipalities.

At present, the administration has sealed off four forts in the Bhusaha area of ​​Vrindavan Municipality-9. Similarly, a 35-year-old man of Dewahi Gonahi Municipality-1 of Rautahat, who was diagnosed with corona infection on Tuesday, has also been sealed after the corona infection was confirmed.

Chief District Officer Basudev Ghimire said that both the wards have been sealed due to massive screening of the community.

Meanwhile, the District Administration Office, Rautahat, has also revoked the permission to open shops for food and basic necessities from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. In the last few days, the impact of the lockdown in Rautahat has waned.
