Among those infected are 35-year-old and 36-year-old Nepal Army personnel deployed for quarantine security, 30-year-old and 35-year-old men of Ward No. 1 of Barki Pacharauta Municipality and 19-year-old men of Ward No. 2.
Chief District Officer of Bara, Rudra Prasad Pandit, informed that the infected people were from Pacharauta Municipality.
The swabs of 58 people including him were collected and sent to the Central Laboratory at Teku in Kathmandu for testing on May 20. At present, there are 103 people in the quarantine, said Pacharauta Municipality Mayor Ramesh Kumar Yadav.
At the same time, there are 47 cases of coronavirus in Bara, of which one has died. So far, 1 in Jitpur Simara sub-metropolitan, 7 in Simraungadh municipality, 1 in Bishrampur village municipality, 2 in Kalaiya sub-metropolitan municipality, 7 in Kalaiya sub-metropolitan district, 3 in Karaiyamai village municipality, 21 in Mahagadimai municipality, 3 in Pachrauta municipality and 9 in Nepal Army. .
