Krishnanagar : Leaders of the Muslim community have appealed to stay at home and perform religious activities to prevent the spread of corona virus.

Ramadan is the 9th month of the Islamic calendar. One should fast for a whole month in this month and keep on worshiping Allah. According to Islam, it takes another day after sunset for the same reason. Today is the month of Ramadan after sunset. For the Tarabih prayers in the month of Ramadan, a large number of Muslims gathered in their respective mosques to perform Tarabih prayers. But this year, a large number of Tarabih prayers will not be offered in mosques due to the spread of the corona virus in the form of an epidemic in the world and the lockdown imposed by the Nepali government across the country.

Let’s do all the prayers in our own homes this time. The Government of Nepal has done a lockdown today for the benefit of the Nepali people. Respecting the decision taken by the government, he urged all to follow the directives. Maulana Mashood Khan Nepali, Vice-Chairman of the 5th Madrasa Board, has also expressed his best wishes for the holy month of Ramadan to the Nepali brothers and sisters living in the country and abroad.
