Jeetpur: Two people undergoing treatment at the Corona Special Hospital in Jeetpur Simara, Bara have tested positive for corona. Corona infection has been detected in Nepalis who have been in contact with the tribesmen from the Nizamuddin Center in New Delhi, India.
A resident of Simrongadh-4, who had returned from Jamaat at Inarwasira Mosque in Bara, was brought to Quarantine by the police while searching for a person who was found infected with Corona in Birgunj. Another tribe has been taken to quarantine from Jitpur, according to Corona Hospital source Simara.
A team of doctors had sent them to Kathmandu for swab test after the symptoms of corona appeared in both of them. Similarly, one person in Parsa was found to be infected with corona, according to the National Public Health Laboratory, Teku.
All those who are in contact with those who have returned from Jamaat are Nepalis. Including these, the number of corona infections in Nepal has reached 57. So far, 16 of the infected have returned home after treatment.
A source at Simara Corona Hospital informed that preparations are being made to send them to Narayani Hospital, Birgunj from Special Corona Hospital, Simara.
