४१७ पाठक संख्या Kathmandu : The annual session of the federal parliament is starting from today. Parliament is sitting for that at 4 pm. In the Parliament sitting, Prime Minister KP Oli will introduce the first amendment ordinance on the functions, duties, rights and working procedures of the Constitutional Council.
Home Minister Ram Bahadur Thapa is scheduled to introduce the Second Amendment Ordinance on Political Parties, according to the Parliament Secretariat. According to the Parliament Secretariat, Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Dr. Shivamaya Tumwahangphe has an agenda to repeal some of the ordinances and introduce an ordinance stating the previous provisions of the Nepal Act.
According to the Parliament Secretariat, the meeting is scheduled to present the Kathmandu Valley Public Transport Management Authority and the Atomic Bill from the National Assembly.
