In a congratulatory message on the occasion of Republic Day on Thursday, Prachanda said, “Today’s national need is for all the forces fighting for the republic to unite and dedicate themselves to good governance and development as per the people’s demand.”
He has paid homage to the martyrs who sacrificed their lives in the people’s war and various people’s movements for the attainment of the republic. They also paid tribute to the sacrifices and dedication of the missing and injured.
