‘Balance of rights and duties makes the republic meaningful’

Kathmandu: Prime Minister KP Oli has said that a just balance of rights and duties will make the republic successful and meaningful. Giving a congratulatory message on the occasion of the 13th Republic Day, the Prime Minister said that the government’s efforts were focused on making the republic complete in every way.
