५५५ पाठक संख्या Rautahat: Tensions have risen in Ishnath Municipality of Rautahat after locals tried to stop the police and health workers who had reached to take the corona virus infected person to isolation. Police have fired 12 rounds in the air to control the tension.
Tensions erupted on Friday morning after a dispute erupted over the isolation of two persons kept in the quarantine of Anwarul Islamic Madrasa in Jokaha of Ishnath Municipality-7.
According to the District Police Office, Rautahat, tension has arisen after the locals obstructed the doctors and security personnel who were trying to take the two infected people to another place.
Angry locals have even vandalized a police vehicle.
Additional police from the District Police Office, Rautahat rushed to the spot after the locals attacked the police and health workers. Police fired about a dozen shots in the air to control the situation.
